If you make use of The Zap Box and don't find that your electricity bill has reduced each month  - we'll buy it back from you, no questions asked!

Simply contact us after you have installed and tested The Zap Box and we'll immediately provide you with return shipping instructions.  On receiving your returned Zap Box we'll issue you a refund, either to your credit card or your PayPal account within 1 business day.

No hassles.  No hard feelings.  No questions asked.

Shipping costs on orders outside of the USA are non-refundable.

7-Year Warranty Policy

The Zap Box provides that, if within seven (7) years from your date of purchase, your Zap Box product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or damage by lightning, we will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.

(B) Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.

(C) Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.

(D) Riots, civil disturbances, war or other related acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed units.

Lifetime Replacement Policy

To ensure that you'll benefit from The Zap Box forever, after our 7-year warranty period is over you may return your Zap Box to us to exchange it for a brand new model.  There will be a modest replacement fee that will include return shipping.  Please contact us when you wish to redeem this service for current pricing and terms.

14-Day Return Policy

You are free to return The Zap Box  back to us for a full refund within 2 weeks of placing your order. Refunds will only be made if your unit is returned in resellable condition, in its original packaging with all peripherals and documents. This refund policy excludes $15 to cover our outbound postage costs.

Limited Liability Disclaimer

In no event shall The Zap Box, The True Potential Group Inc or the employees of said businesses be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of our product. In no event will The Zap Box be liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, exceed the product cost paid by you.

Shipping Terms

We do not accept responsibility for losses or delays caused in transit once your order has been shipped. All orders are trackable and insured therefore, if for any reason you order fails to arrive we will gladly investigate it and, where necessary, will provide you with a replacement. In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to notify us within 1 day. We will replace it on return and will cover all postage costs at our discretion.

Orders within the USA are posted by UPS shipping, orders elsewhere are posted by USPS. We reserve the right to change shipping companies at any time if we believe it will improve your level of service.

Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions for whatever reason we deem appropriate. Every effort will be made to notify you of such changes in advance where possible.
