Hodges Test on behalf of the City of Tallahassee, 2008
Hodges Electrical were commissioned by the city of Tallahassee in 2008 to perform a scientific test as to the effectiveness of their powersaving device. The test concludes that by using a powersaving device, the city's electrical meter took longer to register 1 kwh of electrical usage than before.
